Start Smiling

Service is love in action. It doesn’t matter if the service is a well organized project involving many people or a small family or group of friends helping out a neighbor. It may be an individual walking the neighborhood looking for opportunities to show simple acts of kindness. What’s important on this special day is to serve with a smile.

Mitchell’s day is Saturday September 2nd, but if for some reason that date doesn’t work for you, please make an effort on a day of your choice in September.

Whenever possible, it is best to contact the place you wish to serve in advance and make them aware and get permission. You may want to take a flyer (get it here).
